Notice Regarding Made-to-Order Items

Our products are "Made-to-Order," manufactured specifically for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer-side errors (e.g., incorrect size selection, change of mind).

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item with a printing defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your "Order Number" and a "Photo of the Defect." we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
