Terms of service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website operated by wizQ Interactive Limited ("the Company," "we," or "us").
1. Scope of Agreement By visiting our site or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
2. Formation of Contract A legally binding sales contract is formed when a customer places an order and receives an automated order confirmation from the Company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
3. Made-to-Order & On-Demand Policy Products listed on our storefront are printed and manufactured on demand upon order placement. Once an order is confirmed and sent to production, cancellations, address updates, or item modifications cannot be guaranteed or accepted.
4. Intellectual Property Rights All original content, visual artwork, character designs, logos, graphics, and text displayed on this service are the exclusive property of the Company or our licensed game developer partners. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, redistributing, or creating derivative works from any content without prior explicit written authorization.
5. Transfer of Title and Risk of Loss All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title to products and risk of loss pass to the customer upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. Responsibility for transit delays or delivery exceptions rests with the respective postal or courier service handling the shipment.
6. Prohibited Activities Users agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or technical performance of the storefront.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the site without authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, carrier delivery delays, or minor color and sizing variations inherent to custom print-on-demand manufacturing.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
