These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by wizQ Interactive Limited ("the Company").
- Scope: These terms apply to all users of the service.
- Purchases: A sales contract is formed when a user completes an order and the Company accepts it.
- Made-to-Order Policy: Most items in our shop are "Made-to-Order." Consequently, cancellations or modifications are not permitted once an order is confirmed.
- Prohibited Conduct: Users must not interfere with the operation of the service, impersonate others, or engage in any unlawful activities.
- Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from system failures or delivery delays, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
- Anti-Social Forces Clause The user represents and warrants that they are not a member of an organized crime group, a related enterprise, or any other anti-social forces, and that they will not maintain any relationship with such forces in the future. We reserve the right to terminate any contract immediately without notice if this representation is found to be false.
- Intellectual Property Rights All content provided through this service (including text, images, character designs, and logos) is the exclusive property of the Company or the respective developers holding the legitimate rights. Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, redistributing, or creating derivative works without our prior written consent.
- Transfer of Title and Risk of Loss The title to the products and the risk of loss pass to the user at the moment the Company delivers the items to the shipping carrier (e.g., Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post). Responsibility for any accidents or delays during transit shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective carrier.
