• International Orders: Ships via standard international flat-rate mail (5–14 business days post-production).

• Tracking & Separate Shipments: Automated tracking provided upon dispatch; different gear types may ship separately.

Returns & Replacements

• Custom Printed / All Sales Final: Because every piece of gear is custom-printed specifically upon purchase, all standard sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, design, or device model. Please double-check product size charts and specifications before placing your order.

• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can verify with our production facility.
